Your audience needs to be able to understand and use your health information, whether they read it on a fact sheet or hear it at the doctor’s office. Our health literacy experts train students and professionals to best communicate with people with limited health literacy.

Virtual and in-person trainings are tailored to meet your organization’s needs and cover a range of health literacy topics and tools.

Applied Plain Language

Learn how to communicate health information that your audience can read, understand, and use. This interactive, skills-based training teaches students and professionals the fundamentals of writing plain language health materials.
