How to M.O.V.E. toward Emotional Wellness!

This new handbook, How to M.O.V.E. toward Emotional Wellness!, is designed to help teens and adults of all emotional wellness levels learn how to maintain or improve their emotional wellness. It uses the acronym M.O.V.E. to help readers remember what they learned. The book covers:

  • Changes that may signal that your emotional wellness needs attention
  • Things you can do to improve your emotional wellness or keep it where it is
  • What you might say to someone else to encourage them to pay attention to their emotional wellness
  • How to get help from a professional to improve emotional wellness

A Spanish adaptation of this handbook will be available soon.
