Lacey Stoiber is the Project Management Associate for the UAMS Center for Health Literacy (CHL). In this role, she oversees financial management and project coordination across all CHL services. Lacey is also a proficient plain language writer and assists with CHL’s training and field testing services.
Before joining CHL, Lacey worked as the Program Manager of the Student Wellness Program at UAMS Psychiatric Research Institute. In that role, she worked on database management, handled procurement, coordinated student events, and assisted with daily front-office operations. She applies this experience to effectively manage CHL’s projects and financial operations.
Lacey earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science with a minor in nutrition and a master’s degree in business administration, both from the University of Central Arkansas. Her academic background has equipped her with a solid foundation in both health sciences and business management, making her a versatile asset to the CHL team.
Outside of work, Lacey enjoys gardening, hiking to waterfalls, and spending time with her husband, friends, family, and her dogs, Sugar and Rukus.
