On May 7, 2015, Tanielle Price, MS, CHES and Heather Mercer presented an academic poster outlining the creation and processes behind the UAMS Center for Health Literacy’s PlainPages.org portal. The poster was presented to approximately 150-200 participants at the Institute for Healthcare Advancement’s Health Literacy Conference.
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) recently recognized the UAMS Center for Health Literacy as a leader in the implementation of evidence-based practices to improve outcomes for our patients.
